With more dual-income families in Singapore, there is an increasing need for care services for students in primary schools. Junior Seekers positions itself to provide holistic care for children with the vision of providing education that nurtures and fosters good character. As an Arabic Student Care Centre, Junior Seekers has curated a learning and growing environment that promotes mastery of the Arabic Language and equips the child with skills and capabilities to face challenges of the 21st Century.

At Junior Seekers, our teachers are equipped with the skills to encourage inquiry in children and to facilitate a positive learning environment. Children learn best when they are nurtured to be thinkers and instilled with a love for learning. Our Beloved Prophet Muhammad said, “Make things easy for the people, and do not make it difficult for them, and make them calm (with glad tidings), and do not repulse (them).

Our teachers are trained and experienced in caring for our children. We believe that every child has the distinctive potential thatcan be explored with the guidance of our teachers.

Nur Suliani Md Noor
Programme Director
Suliani is the co-founder and director of Kowabunga! Global, a company which runs several educational services focused on sustainability education under its arm. She holds a Master’s in Education and has been teaching and training students as well as educators for over 20 years. In 2019, she received the Dewipreneur Award and in 2022, she won the Female Entrepreneur of the Year award by SMCCI.
She has been speaking and delivering talks on business and education with various organisations over the years. As a mother to young 6 children, she believes in the importance of facilitating engaging and safe learning spaces for children to develop to their fullest potential.
Mariani
Operations Manager
Mariani brings over 20 years of experience in business administration and operations. With her structured, people centric approach and a unique blend of operational expertise and compassionate leadership, Mariani is dedicated to fostering a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment for students, staff, and families at the centre.
A certified Befriender and Para Counsellor with Islamic Studies and Psychology training, she champions holistic student care and actively volunteers to empower youth, marginalised women, and promote mental health awareness.


Nur Aryanti Roslan
Admin Executive
With over 5 years in education administration and management, Ary helps ensure our centres run smoothly so teachers can teach and students can thrive. She manages resources, coordinates staff, and fosters open communication with stakeholders, always working to create an organised and welcoming environment.
She believes that “Great education doesn’t just prepare students for exams, it prepares them for life,” and she is committed to helping our community to grow with confidence and purpose.
Siti Suhailah Mohd Idris
Social Media Specialist
Experienced in designing and creating impactful content for businesses, Suhailah is driven by a passion for producing engaging materials that benefit and inspire the community. Her favourite mission? Sharing the beauty of the Deen through creative and inspiring posts that capture attention and deliver meaningful messages.

Muhammad Ikhlas Haqmani Bin Zulkefli
Teacher (Junior Seekers Fajar)
Teacher Ikhlas is a passionate educator with a diploma in Islamic Studies. He enjoys teaching and has been tutoring and teaching before joining Junior Seekers. His teaching philosophy focuses on instilling adab (manners and ethical behavior) and akhlaq (good character) in students, believing it’s crucial for effective learning and personal growth. Beyond academics, he emphasises holistic development in all his students.
Siti Rhaudha Abdullah
Teacher (Junior Seekers Fajar)
Teacher Rhaudha has been shaping young minds since 2020, teaching students from lower to upper primary with a passion that goes beyond the classroom. Her experience with children of all ages has given her a deep understanding of how to adapt learning to suit every stage of growth. Combining Islamic values with fresh, creative approaches, she turn lessons into experiences that are as joyful as they are educational.
To her, teaching is more than a profession — it’s a calling to nurture curiosity, inspire character, and plant seeds of knowledge that will flourish for years to come.

Farah Anastasia
Teacher (Junior Seekers Fajar)
Teacher Farah is an experienced Iqra’ teacher. She has a passion for teaching Iqra’ and Qur’an recitation to children, focusing on helping them build not only the correct articulation, fluency and confidence but also love for the words of Allah. She believes that knowledge should be sought with sincerity and consistency.
As Imam ash-Shafi’i said, “Knowledge is what benefits, not what is memorized,” and she aims to ensure each learning experience leaves a lasting impact, especially for our students in Junior Seekers.
Nur Amalina Paichan
Teacher (Junior Seekers Tampines West)
With previous experience from working in a student care centre, where she supervises and guides primary school children in their daily routines, Teacher Amalina is a great addition to our programme staff team. Her role including monitoring and helping with their homework, planning engaging activities, ensuring their safety, and fostering a positive and supportive environment. She works closely with colleagues and parents to support each child’s learning, well-being, and personal growth.
She holds to this principle that children learn best when they feel safe, valued, and inspired. One quote that guides her: "Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire." – William Butler Yeats


Faryal Sanaullah Khan
Teacher (Junior Seekers Tampines East)
Teacher Faryal was an early childhood educator with various experiences as a Main Teacher and Head of Campus in previous employments. Her work then and now with Junior Seekers focuses on early learning skills as well as character development. One thing she has learnt from teaching is to practice what she preaches, to demonstrate patience and always believing in her students.
Marium Sanaullah Khan
Teacher (Junior Seekers Woodlands)
Teacher Marium has been an educator for almost 3 years. She is passionate about teaching kids the beauty of Islam and her main focus is instilling proper character and behaviour as this constitutes lifelong commitment for them as well as ensuring that they understand the knowledge that she am passing on to them.
This is because, as the following Hadith emphasises on good character: Narrated Abud Darda': The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "There is nothing heavier than good character put in the scale of a believer on the Day of Resurrection." (Sunan Abi Dawud)

Ustaz Muhammad Zahid, received his primary education in Madrasah Aljunied Al-Islamiyah up to pre-university. He furthered his studies at Mujamma’ Shaykh Ahmad Kuftaro, Abu Nour, Damascus in Syria in Islamic Studies for five years. Currently, he is the CEO of Muslim Youth Forum, under the Zahid & Shah Group of companies.

Mdm Shameem Sultanah obtained a Diploma in Islamic and Arabic Studies at Indonesia upon completing her ‘O’ levels from a local secular school. With a degree in Syariah Islamiyyah and a diploma in Counselling Psychology, she now conducts classes at local mosques and institutions, actively giving motivational talks nation wide.

Mdm Murni Abdul Hamid is the Founder of Little Muslim Readers (LMR) and the Country Manager for Brainy Bunch (Singapore). She is also one of the Directors of Nuur Tarbiyah Initiatives. She graduated with a Degree in Islamic Law from the prestigious Al-Azhar University and completed her diploma in Marsah, Johor. With many years of educating young children and nurturing competent teachers, Murni also specializes in developing Arabic Montessori enrichment programmes. A mother of 5, she aspires to raise a generation of religious, morally upright, respectful and merciful children.

Mr Muhsin Hamzah co-founded Being Life Series and Being Centre. Born and raised in Singapore, he received his early Islamic education from his late grandfather, Mohamed Ibrahim Mohamed Kassim and other teachers in Singapore. In his youth days, he was active with different learning circles in Singapore. Upon completing his Post Graduate Diploma in Islamic Studies, he attained his masters in Arts and Social Change and Religious Leadership from Starr King School for the Ministry Berkeley California.

Mr Muhammad Taufiq Yahya is the CEO of Kowabunga! Global and the President of Student Care Association Republic of Singapore. He has more than 17 years of management experience in the private education and student care industry, and specializes in sustainability and business management. He is a certified Neurolinguistic Practioner and attained his Corporate Sustainability training from New York University.
